Placing an order on shop.poornaguru.org is simple:

  • Browse through our products and select the one you want.
  • Click on the “Add to Cart” button.
  • Proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping details.
  • Make the payment, and you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

We accept multiple payment options, including:

  • UPI and Net Banking
  • Digital Wallets (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) not available now.

Shipping time varies depending on your location:

  • Domestic Orders: 3-7 business days
    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Currently, we do not provide international shipping. We only deliver within India.

At this time, we do not accept returns. Please ensure you check the product details before placing an order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact our support team for assistance.

To request a refund:
