Returns & Refunds Policy – Poorna Store
At Poorna Store, we take the utmost care to ensure that every product you receive is of the highest quality and reaches you in perfect condition.
🚫 Please note: Poorna Store does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for products once sold, except in the rare case of:
Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered)
Damaged product received (with valid proof at the time of unboxing)
Proof Requirement for Claims
In case of a wrong or damaged item, customers must provide:
✅ A clear, uncut video recording of the delivery and unboxing process, starting from the sealed package.
The video must:
Show the outer packaging and shipping label clearly.
Capture the complete unboxing process without cuts, pauses, or edits.
Clearly display the product condition and any issue at the time of opening.
Important Notes
Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@poornaguru.org with the video proof.
No return or replacement will be processed without the required unboxing video.
Requests made after 24 hours or without proper video proof will not be entertained.
Refunds are strictly not available. Only replacements (if eligible) will be considered.
