Returns & Refunds Policy – Poorna Store

At Poorna Store, we take the utmost care to ensure that every product you receive is of the highest quality and reaches you in perfect condition.

🚫 Please note: Poorna Store does not offer refunds under any circumstances.


Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for products once sold, except in the rare case of:

  • Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered)

  • Damaged product received (with valid proof at the time of unboxing)


Proof Requirement for Claims

In case of a wrong or damaged item, customers must provide:

✅ A clear, uncut video recording of the delivery and unboxing process, starting from the sealed package.

The video must:

  • Show the outer packaging and shipping label clearly.

  • Capture the complete unboxing process without cuts, pauses, or edits.

  • Clearly display the product condition and any issue at the time of opening.


Important Notes

 

  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@poornaguru.org with the video proof.

  • No return or replacement will be processed without the required unboxing video.

  • Requests made after 24 hours or without proper video proof will not be entertained.

  • Refunds are strictly not available. Only replacements (if eligible) will be considered.
