At Poorna Store, we are committed to providing authentic and high-quality products. To maintain fairness and transparency for all customers, please note our strict policy:


🚫 No Returns

  • We do not accept product returns under any circumstances.

  • Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned.


🚫 No Refunds

  • All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.


🚫 No Cancellations

  • Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled for any reason.

  • Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.


Damaged / Wrong Item Exception

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, you may request a replacement only (not return, refund, or cancellation) under these conditions:

✅ A clear, uncut video recording of the unboxing process must be provided, starting from the sealed package.

The video must:

  • Show the outer packaging and shipping label clearly.

  • Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts, pauses, or edits.

  • Clearly display the product condition and the issue at the time of opening.


Important Notes

  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@poornaguru.org with the required video proof.

  • Requests without proper video proof or raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.

  • If verified, a replacement of the same product only will be arranged.
