Cancellation Policy – Poorna Store
At Poorna Store, we are committed to providing authentic and high-quality products. To maintain fairness and transparency for all customers, please note our strict policy:
🚫 No Returns
We do not accept product returns under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned.
🚫 No Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
🚫 No Cancellations
Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled for any reason.
Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Damaged / Wrong Item Exception
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, you may request a replacement only (not return, refund, or cancellation) under these conditions:
✅ A clear, uncut video recording of the unboxing process must be provided, starting from the sealed package.
The video must:
Show the outer packaging and shipping label clearly.
Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts, pauses, or edits.
Clearly display the product condition and the issue at the time of opening.
Important Notes
Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@poornaguru.org with the required video proof.
Requests without proper video proof or raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.
If verified, a replacement of the same product only will be arranged.
